1. Shipping Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully processed.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. The following options are available:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM local time for same-day processing).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and shipping carrier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over [N100,000].

4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to locations within NIGERIA.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any restricted areas.

6. Shipping Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen events may cause delays. Nery Tech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing. 7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

- If the damage is evident upon delivery, please document the damage (with photos) and notify us immediately.
8. International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- All international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are assessed by the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
- Customs processing can delay shipments, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
